ak365 Terms & Conditions —
The Rules That Govern Your
Account and Every Wager

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "ak365" / "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino services operated at ak365.games, including all associated web pages, account systems, games, and support services.
• "Account" means a registered player account held with ak365, identified by a unique username and password.
• "Balance" means the current PKR value of funds held in a player's ak365 account, comprising deposited funds, approved bonus amounts, and any net winnings not yet withdrawn.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any sports bet, live bet, casino game stake, or jackpot slot spin placed using funds from a player's ak365 account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet credit, or match deposit bonus issued by ak365 to a player's account under a stated promotion.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used for all transactions on the ak365 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be staked in qualifying markets or games before they and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where accessing or using online betting services is prohibited by applicable law, regardless of where the player is physically located at the time of access.

Access to and use of the ak365 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ak365 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid contact number and email address.
• You must not be acting as an agent or representative of any third party in operating this account.
• You may hold only one active ak365 account at any time. Registering a second account — for any reason — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and you accept full responsibility for maintaining its accuracy going forward. Changes to registered details must be reported to the ak365 support team promptly.

Your ak365 account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — are your sole responsibility. You must keep them confidential and must not share them with any other person.

ak365 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from ak365 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you personally authorised each individual action.
• In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ak365 support immediately via live chat on the platform so that the account can be secured.
• ak365 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where a player's verification documents cannot be confirmed.
• Dormant accounts (those showing no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of 500 PKR per month, deducted from the available balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.

All financial transactions on the ak365 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR. The minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 PKR. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are communicated in your account dashboard and vary by payment method.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, MCB Bank transfer, SadaPay, and Raast. All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. ak365 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts under any circumstances.

ak365 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including bank statements, payment screenshots, or identity documents — before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or those exceeding 50,000 PKR. This is a standard anti-money laundering and identity verification measure.

Deposits made to a player's account that cannot be matched to a confirmed payment method may be placed on hold pending verification. ak365 will not process withdrawals to payment methods that differ from those used for deposits without additional verification.

All sports betting markets offered by ak365 — including Over Under markets, World Cup Cricket match and series betting, live Cockfighting, and other sporting events — are subject to the following general betting rules in addition to any sport-specific rules communicated on the relevant market page.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the odds are locked and cannot be changed by either party.
• ak365 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by a technical error, data feed failure, or clearly erroneous odds ("palpable error"). In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.
• In-play bets (live betting) are accepted subject to the market being open and available. ak365 does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets and may suspend or close them at any time in response to match events or data delays.
• Bets on events that are abandoned, cancelled, or postponed beyond a stated cut-off time will generally be voided and stakes returned, unless sport-specific rules provide otherwise.
• The maximum payout on any single bet is 5,000,000 PKR unless otherwise stated on the specific market. This limit applies regardless of the stake placed or the odds at the time of the bet.
• ak365 reserves the right to limit the stake on any market for any player, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the limitation.

All casino games available on the ak365 platform — including live dealer games (blackjack, baccarat, roulette) and RNG-based jackpot slots — are provided by certified third-party game studios whose software is independently tested for fairness and randomness.

• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all jackpot slots are disclosed in the game information panel accessible from within each game. RTP figures represent long-run theoretical returns and are not a guarantee of individual session results.
• Progressive jackpot amounts are funded by a percentage of each stake placed on the contributing game across the network. Jackpot wins are subject to the applicable jackpot game rules and the maximum payout policy of ak365.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session — including disconnection, server error, or game software failure — the round affected will be voided and the stake for that round returned to the player's balance. Partially completed rounds cannot be settled on the basis of partial information.
• Maximum winnings from a single casino game session may be subject to session win limits stated in the relevant game's terms. These limits are displayed in the game information panel.

ak365 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are communicated at the time the promotion is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have fully verified their identity and age at the time the bonus is claimed.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's terms and must be fulfilled before any bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds must typically be used within a stated validity period. Bonus amounts not used within the validity period will be removed from the account balance automatically without notice.
• Certain game categories — including live dealer tables, specific slots, and certain sports markets — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards the fulfilment of a wagering requirement. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• ak365 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn or cancelled, wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of the bonus claim.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through systematic betting strategies designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements ("bonus abuse") is a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

ak365 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and that it should remain within the personal and financial means of each player. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ak365 players from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders that alert you at specified intervals during your gaming session to encourage regular breaks.
• Reality Checks: Enable on-screen notifications that display your session duration and net result at regular intervals.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, your account cannot be accessed, and no bets can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. A self-exclusion request cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months. During the exclusion period, ak365 will take reasonable steps to prevent any new account registrations from the same individual.

ak365 does not market its services to players who have self-excluded or who have notified us of a gambling problem. Players on the self-exclusion register will be removed from all marketing communications immediately.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ak365 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where relevant — referral to law enforcement:

• Registering more than one ak365 account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence software to place bets or interact with the platform in a way not available to a standard human user.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or system error that results in outcomes inconsistent with the stated rules of a game or market. Any winnings derived from an exploited error are not valid and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game, particularly live poker or live game shows.
• Using the ak365 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. All transactions on ak365 are subject to anti-money laundering monitoring.
• Depositing funds via payment methods not registered in your own name, or withdrawing funds to payment methods belonging to a third party.
• Engaging in verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour directed at ak365 support staff or other users of the platform.

All content on the ak365 platform — including but not limited to brand names, logos, graphics, page layouts, game interfaces, odds data, and written content — is the proprietary intellectual property of ak365 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the ak365 platform without prior written consent from ak365.

You may access and view ak365 content for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered player. Any other use is strictly prohibited.

ak365 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous uptime and accurate data feeds, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or the accuracy of all real-time data, including live odds and scores.

• ak365 shall not be liable for any loss arising from delays, errors, or interruptions in the availability of the platform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, third-party data provider outages, or force majeure events.
• ak365's total liability to any individual player, in connection with any single event or series of related events, shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• ak365 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm, arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by ak365's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by ak365.

ak365 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication of the updated Terms on the ak365 platform, or — for material changes — upon the expiry of a 14-day notice period communicated to all registered players via email.

Your continued use of the ak365 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure via the support team.
